With 1 in 8 women being diagnosed with severe breast disease, regular self-assessment and care has never been more important for all women.

In this class, Dawn Olsen, LMBT will be sharing life-changing information based on her training at The Spurlin Institute of Breast and Lymphatic Health. This is a condensed introductory version of the self-care information Dawn shares in individual Breast Health Education sessions with plenty of time for Q&A. This class will empower you to begin daily self lymphatic massage and provide other proactive wellness tips you may wish to incorporate into your life.
