Our Wellness Assistants

Hi, I'm Diane!

I was born and raised in Kaukauna and have four children, now all young adults. Years ago, my former work sparked a deeper dive into health and nutrition for me, leading to certification as a Root Cause Protocol Consultant and EFT Practitioner.

When I walked into Soteria for my job interview, I immediately felt like I was at home and had found my tribe. I felt like a kid in a candy store as I began experiencing the therapies at Soteria and the unique modalities Dawn has up her sleeve when working with people that I had only read and heard about before. This is a top-notch place to “work” AND still be able to learn and grow. I appreciate the grace that our clients and Soteria staff have extended to me during my learning curve and look forward to continuing growing with and serving you.

In my spare time, I love gardening, trying new healthy versions of favorite recipes, and dog-sitting my three grand-dogs and four great-grand-dogs and spending time with my honey of 20+ years.

Hi, I'm Theresa!

I am married, have five kids, and a dog. I’m a Registered Nurse but I have always had a passion for holistic care. I am currently enrolled at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy to become a Wellness Coach, and I most recently received a certification in Specialized Kinesiology.

There are so many things I enjoy about working at Soteria; it’s hard to list just one. Soteria has a very welcoming environment, and I have felt this both as a client and employee. My children always look forward to their appointments; they enter and leave Soteria with a smile on their faces.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. All of my kids play soccer, and as a family, we do a lot of traveling out of state for games and tournaments. Every year my husband, kids, and I travel to the east coast and spend time at the beach and with friends.
