Dawn walks alongside her clients on their unique health care paths, promoting hope and healing through her skills learned as a graduate of Fox Valley School of Massage and her subsequent years of continuing education in holistic therapies. She achieved National Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and remains an avid life-long learner in the field.  Her massage and bodywork sessions are individualized, integrating various approaches and techniques from her extensive skillset and experience, based on each client’s current needs.

In 2009, Dawn was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy and began training through Integrative Bodywork Institute under Dr. Nancy Soliven, DC, MD. The powerful results she saw during this season of her education and the remarkable symptomatic relief in her mother's and daughter's chronic health conditions opened doors to new possibilities.  Dawn completed her Diplomat level CranioSacral Therapy certification in 2011.

A history of teaching Bradley Method® natural childbirth classes for fourteen years, providing doula care, and serving as a volunteer breastfeeding support leader for La Leche League International, expanded Dawn’s interest in pregnancy, birth and holistic parenting. She remains passionate about her work with growing families, currently through massage, bodywork and Emotional Freedom Techniques coaching.  She achieved advanced certification through the Institute of Somatic Therapy in pregnancy, labor, postpartum and infant massage and enjoys offering periodic free community classes for young families.

Learning Touch for Health™ Specialized Kinesiology, MediCupping™ Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques over the past several years revolutionized Dawn’s practice, bringing her clients profound breakthroughs from long-standing issues that no one had previously thought possible. She is continually amazed at the healing potential within each person, and is honored to be a witness of restoration unfolding as she partners with clients to follow the innate wisdom of their bodies.

As an internationally Accredited Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner with EFT International, Dawn specializes in chronic health challenges. She supports and empowers her EFT Tapping coaching clients in person at Soteria Wellness or remotely via Zoom video conferencing, teaching her clients these powerful stress-relief tools to relieve discomfort, break the bondage of fear, help heal their past and overcome daily stressors. Dawn trained and mentored through EFT Tapping Training Institute and is also certified through EFT Matrix Reimprinting Academy as an EFT Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner. Dawn is an approved provider listed with EFT for Christians, for those wishing to incorporate their Christian faith into their EFT work. She has taken additional course work in Tapping Out of Trauma and utilizes it to help her EFT coaching clients break free from the past, discovering new levels of wholeness, peace and joy in their lives.

Previous healthcare experience, including several years working as a CNA and nursing student, and caring for chronically ill family members for many years, paved the way for Dawn's passion for a more natural approach to wellness. Nursing school first introduced her to the possibilities of essential oil use nearly thirty years ago. Her experiences overcoming severe chronic health challenges, both personally and in her family, led her to seek out hundreds of hours of additional study and training in therapeutic essential oil usage beyond massage school, including training in Symphony of the Cells and as an AromaTouch Technique™ Provider since 2012 and Trainer since 2018. She offers classes throughout WI and beyond, and customizes bodywork sessions with targeted essential oils to meet her clients’ needs, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, and shares tips to support safe, effective, at-home usage.

Dawn believes that our bodies were beautifully designed by God with amazing self-healing capabilities. Her calling is empowering people to get in touch with their own wellness potential through the science and art of massage, bodywork, and proactive self-care with EFT and therapeutic essential oil usage. Dawn married her best friend, Steve, in 1988. Their lives are abundantly blessed with three amazing young adult children. She is a lifelong Fox Valley resident who enjoys hiking, travel, learning, and of course, receiving massage and bodywork, in her free time.

Debra is excited to live life fully, sharing her passion for wellness as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist at Soteria Wellness. She spurs her clients to greater heights of well-being through her training from Fox Valley School of Massage and her advanced continuing education.  She enjoys living a holistic, healthy lifestyle and shares its benefits and her healing touch with her clients offering Relaxation (Swedish) and Therapeutic Massage, Lymphatic Face Massage,  Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, MediCupping™ Therapy, AromaTouch Technique™ and Symphony of the Cells™.  She is excited to soon incorporate Touch for Health™ Specialized Kinesiology sessions to her list of services and is seeing great results in her practice sessions.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Debra has the unique opportunity as a massage therapist to work with her clients using various stretches and gentle strengthening exercises to assist their healing process at home. While she is not accepting personal training clients, the addition of this skillset to her massage and bodywork sessions empowers long-lasting results.

Serenity in Sixty is Debra’s hallmark creation at Soteria Wellness. In school and when receiving massage, she enjoyed the deep relaxation that comes from work on the face, hands and feet so much that she created sixty (and ninety) minute sessions entirely devoted to these areas. The session begins with an essential oil and Epsom salts foot soak, followed by time on the infrared BioMat warmed table for this focused massage as her clients melt into a blissful state of deep relaxation. They walk away renewed, refreshed and re-invigorated.

Debra takes pride in focusing on each client’s needs, welcoming open communication to ensure the right touch personalized for each client. As she continues adding new modalities to her repertoire, she sees even greater possibilities for restoration through massage and bodywork. Debra’s growing client base is enthusiastic about her work and her calming, peaceful presence in the massage room.

A native of the Fox Valley, Debra has been married 26 years to Michael, her greatest support and friend.  She has invested in her family by homeschooling and has successfully graduated her three adult children.  She and her husband continue to co-teach their youngest son. They enjoy the great outdoors and their Wisconsin big backyard.  Their family commits their time and resources to travel beyond Wisconsin to other parts of the world for humanitarian causes.

Although her family is her greatest accomplishment, Debra’s excitement is contagious on her journey pursuing her passion for wellness.  She has found massage incredibly rewarding, a win-win career, in which she can focus on taking care of herself, her family and others. She lives by the saying, “We cannot begin to help heal the world until we heal ourselves”. Each time she walks through the doors, Debra looks forward to partnering with each client as they begin or continue their journey to health and wellness.

Natalie Green

Administrative Assistant

Natalie Green joined the Soteria Wellness team in the spring of 2018 as their Administrative Assistant.  Her focus has always been on helping people reach complete wholeness and their full potential. Currently, she is doing this by assisting others in finding innovative ways to practice a holistic lifestyle through alternative forms of therapy and essential oils.

Natalie enjoys interacting with clients and going the extra mile so they feel a truly welcome part of the Soteria Wellness family.  She has learned a lot about holistic living in her time with Soteria Wellness and enjoys sharing her knowledge with clients, family and friends.

Natalie has lived most of her life in the Fox Valley area. She graduated from North Central University with a BS in Psychology and minor in Biblical Studies. Natalie invested eight years into one of her biggest passions, being a missionary.  She had the privilege of serving in South Africa, Cambodia and Tanzania.  Natalie’s love for people and desire for them to reach their full potential is one of her greatest joys.

Natalie’s desire for people to become completely whole stems from her degree in Psychology, along with the various seminars, trainings and courses she has attended over the years.  Now she is excited to expand her knowledge on various ways of living a holistic lifestyle and what that can encompass.  In her free time, Natalie enjoys going for hikes, traveling, visiting friends and family, and eating at ethnic restaurants.
