Carmen’s warm and peaceful presence provides a session you can feel safe and held in, allowing your thoughts to float away and your tension to release. She believes that when the nervous system feels safe, all the healing required comes from the client and the therapist simply becomes the catalyst.

Carmen has been practicing massage therapy since 2012, graduating from South Texas Vocational Institute. She worked at massage clinics in Minnesota where in 2022 she became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. After moving back home to the Fox Valley in 2024 and receiving her WI state Massage Therapy License, Carmen has become certified in MediCupping(TM) and trained in Intra-Oral Massage Therapy. Other massage services she provides are Hot Stone and Synergy Stone massage, relaxation and therapeutic massage and Symphony of the Cells essential oil applications. Her journey at Soteria Wellness deeply aligns with her holistic approach to healing and she is excited to make a great impact.

Her passions outside of massage are Salsa dancing, making beaded earrings and taking her toddler to parks to explore nature. Carmen enjoys traveling to beaches, hand drumming around a bonfire and taking time for self care by going to salt rooms and getting facials.
